Manipulation of Processing Techniques for the Production of Value Added “Fufu” with Reduced Odour. Cassava (Manihot esculenta) TMS 30572 was chosen because of its early maturity high yield. Microorganisms were isolated and purified from fermenting mash for “fufu” production, analyzed for physicochemical properties, haematological and histopathological profiles using experimental animals.Affiliations
