Since little or no work has been carried out on the effects of the dynamical process on ozone variation, this study aims at employing the relationship between AAM and LOD to ascertain the variations of ozone in the equatorial region. This work becomes very crucial, because for long, equatorial and low latitude regions have been neglected due to the fact that zonal winds are taken to be stronger in upper and mid latitude regions than in the low latitude region, where the zonal winds are taken to be fairly weak.
