Computational design of functional layered materials (graphene, BN, BCN and MoS2 etc.) for electro and photo-catalysts for clean energy applications such as hydrogen gas evolution. Modeling of ground and excited charge transfer states and light induced material expansion in fullerene based complexes (C60-DBTTF) for sensing, magnetic energy generation and photoactuators applications.
