Occupational segregation in Indian industries (1961-2001). Based on data collected by Annual Survey of Industries on male-female distribution of workers; Percentage of female workers in each industry and representation ratio are prepared for six years (1973-74, 1978-79, 1983-84, 1989-90, 1994-95 and 2000-01). Duncan & Duncan index value of segregation will be prepared at All-India and state levels for the same years.Affiliations
