Molecular typing of human, plant, animal and microbial DNA for diverse applications, i.e. agriculture, forensics, clinical studies, and regulatory purposes. Special interest in developing the capacity of the Philippines in DNA analysis for human identification, i.e. paternity testing, mass disaster victims, criminal cases.
