My curent research is towards an optimum design method which considers the optimal wind farm location and wind turbine layout, developed using an approach that couples a Weather Research and Forecasting (WRF) mesoscale model with a Genetic Algorithm (GA). The model minimizes the Levelised Cost Of Energy (LCOE) with respect to the power output of the farm. I am also building an optimized model which will find the optimum coral farming location in any region around the world. This will contribute towards re-establishing the ecosystem of the sea world.
