Development of a new adjutant to be tested in vaccines for mucosal and intramuscular administration as an alternative of current aluminum solutions. Obtaining biodegradable nonoparticles and microparticles to be used as drug delivery system and as adjuvant in mucosal vaccination. The particles will be obtained by methods allowing incorporation of protein antigens with a view to producing a valid formulation for a mucosal vaccine against Salmonellas.
