Grain storage problems; Production of fumonisin mycotoxin by fusarium monilform. Human foods, animal feeds and ingredients used for the preparation and formulation of these foods and feeds will be surveyed for the presence of fumonisin mycotoxin. Effect of environment conditions on production of the toxin will be investigated.
