Study of the utilization of locally available plant sources as feeds for livestock. Leaves are a rich source of protein, however, not all proteins are utilized by the ruminant and non-ruminant. The extra protein is extracted through leaf protein technology. The leaf protein concentrate (LPC) and other products are analyzed together with vitro and in vivo digestibilities.
