Molecular genetics of soybean cyst nematode resistance. Using molecular techniques to find the location, function and characteristics of the major resistance genes in soybean. Expression analysis, cDNAs, AFLPs, RFLPs, greenhouse tests, etc. are used to study the plant pathogen interaction.
