Developmental biology of fish with an aim to supplement and enhance the available knowledge database of vertebrates; Construction of DNA libraries, development of new lines of transgenic fish, expressing new traits like green fluorescence, disease, resistance etc. and further understanding of developmental pathways e.g.. neurogenesis in fish.
