Phytochemical and biological study on Rhododendron species. Dry plant materials were extracted in Soxhlet apparatus with solvents of different polarity. Each extracts were tested for bio-phytochemical screening. Then the extracted were fractionated by the help of vacuum liquid chromatography to isolate the active as well as inactive constituents present in the plant.Affiliations
