Trained in Pharmaceutics or Drug Delivery Research, but also interested in research in drug discovery from natural product, a passion which has developed after being educated from the two schools of pharmacy in the UK which emphasize pharmacognosy strongly in their education. Nevertheless, the strategies in this research are non-tradicional, as they are hybrid of rational drug design with the newly emerging area of computational biology and simulation.
