My work spans data analysis across various technologies and diseases, with a particular focus on multimodal integration. I specialize in single-cell genomics, applying machine learning techniques to uncover biological signatures that drive disease-related insights. I am deeply interested in understanding how environmental factors shape individual health, and my current technical focus lies in integrating biomolecular data with health records to create comprehensive patient representations.
