I am a Head of Drug Formulation Department at Medicinal and Aromatic Plants and Traditional Medicine Research Institute MAPTMRI, National Center for Research NCR, Sudan. my research work focus on the Drug discovery from medicinal plants through extraction, identification and standardization of active plant constituents followed by the pharmacological, toxicological studies with formulation process and quality control tests to finished product using different instrumental and analytical methods. Currently I am a Head of the team and member of many projects at MAPTMRI in my field of expertise. The aim of these projects is to treat different diseases based on medicinal plants that Sudan rich in. I have a lot of published papers and participation in local & international conferences and workshops Besides that ,I have a long teaching experience by working at a number of pharmacy colleges for more than 14 years.Current profession
