PCOS affects 4-10% of women worldwide and is a leading cause of infertility. The present study is aimed to screen for polymorphisms in selected candidate genes in women, who are presently suffering with complex diseases such as diabetes and cardiovascular disease but had rpevious history of PCOS in their reproductive age.
