Served as principal investigator of 'Transforming Rice Breeding' project from 2020.... Served as scientist of “Transforming Rice Breeding” project, from 2015 to 2019 served as scientist of - Rice Fortification at Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN) from June 2013 to November 2013. Served as scientist of "Modernization of Grain Quality and Nutrition Analytical Laboratory" Project, funded by GOB, July 2006 to February 2008 Worked as Co-Investigator of the project “Harvest Plus: Breeding Crops for Better Nutrition”, a Bio-fortification project, funded by CGIAR in collaboration with International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI), Washington DC, USA and International Rice Research Institute (IRRI), Los Baños, Philippines, July 2004 to February 2008. Served as scientist of the project "Food and Nutrition Security in Bangladesh: Energy and Micronutrients Availability in Rice Based Diets" funded by ENRECA, Royal Veterinary and Agricultural University, Denmark, 1997 to 2004.Worked as Co- Investigator of the project “Breeding for Iron-Dense Rice: A Low-Cost, Sustainable Approach to Reducing Iron Deficiency Anemia in Asia”, funded by ADB with collaboration with International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI), Washington DC, USA, from January 2001 to June 2004. -
