The results of study showed that prevalence of Theileria annulata in different seasons, breeds and sex. The overall comparative efficacy of PCR, microscopic lymph node smear examination and blood smear examination was studied. The overall economic losses were calculated. The therapeutic trials shows efficacy of Calotropis procera.
