Core Analysis of sediment of Five Rivers within the Niger Delta Region of Nigeria:
This research work will be carried out in 5 rivers which include: Orashi River, River Nun, New Calabar River, Woji Creek and Mini Qgolo. This research work will include sediments to a depth of 0- 3 meters for each river for both Dry and Rainy seasons. The sediments will be analysed for heavy metals and Microbiology to proffer solution to the communities where these polluted rivers are located.
