Agricultural Sciences

I am a lecturer at Department of Food Science and Technology, Faculty of Agricultural Engineering and Technology, Bogor Agricultural University (IPB University), Indonesia. I have just completed my Ph.D. at Laboratory of Chemistry and Biochemistry of Bioactive Compound, Department of Biofunctional Chemistry, Graduate School of Environmental and Life Science, Okayama University, Japan. I am interested in research activities with the topic conversion of bioactive compounds using intestinal bacteria and food microbes. I am also interested in food microbiology, and food sensory analysis.
