1.Enzyme reaction mechanisms, dynamics and inhibition for the design of potential novel therapeutic inhibitors for infectious diseases such as HIV, COVID-19, TB and Malaria as well as non-communicable diseases such as Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s and cancer. 2.Molecular QM/MM/MD simulation of the biomolecules and study on ligand-receptor interactions to synthesize novel drugs.
