Focus on indigenous people in Amazon region. Based on ethnographic and historical perspectives, my studies analyses the process of border definition between Brazil, Colombia and Peru, and between Brazil and French Guiana, and the socio-cultural impact of this process on the Ticuna and Galibi Kali´na Indians.
