My research project is in the field of public health, especially in the context of chronic malnutrition. The interest of our study will be focused on biomarkers of chronic exposure to the most potent mycotoxin: Aflatoxin B1 (AFB1) and the HBV status of our study population; their relation to chronic malnutrition in Rwanda will be assessed as we conduct our project.
