Supervisor Performance Management and Organizational Development-KAMPALA CAPITAL CITY AUTHORITY  Currently, manage the Performance Management and Organizational Development, responsible for performance Management and welfare sections.  Developing and implementing guidelines and procedure. This is intended to articulate the formal way of doing things in company.  Developing and monitoring the implementation of Performance Management and control system using Balance Score Card system. This specifically involved identifying key performance indicators, for the business, departments and individual, the metric for each key performance indicator and setting targets on five performance level scale.  Training and supporting employees in the development of individual Performance balanced scorecards, development of Performance Agreements, development of Key performance measures, alignment of KPIs to performance targets, reviewing performance objectives and management of Performance Improvement Plan (PIP).  Human Resources Risk Management. In charge of coordinating and managing of Human Resources management risks. It involves designing a system that can identify potential Risks to the HR functions and designing of mitigation measure to avoid potential risks from materializing.  Management of staff. The section of PM & OD has a total 13 staff including, 3 supervisors, 7 officers and 3 support staff. My main role is to monitor, guide and supervise their performance. In addition, the section is responsible for drawing up, reviewing and implementing succession programme for staff. KCCA has a total of 1448 employees and managing their performance is challenging.  Staff Welfare Management. I am in charge of monthly salary payment processing and reviewing, monthly pension processing and reviewing, staff counselling process, Medical insurance for staff and their dependants and funeral management services.  Budgeting for the section. I am responsible for developing the section annual financial budget for staff salaries, monthly Pension, medical insurance, funeral management and general staff office imprest. This is usually submitted to be incorporated in the overall institutional budget for the year. Part time Assistant Lecturer- MAKERERE UNIVERSITY  Examining and invigilating students’ examinations as well as generating students’ performance reports.  Developing course outlines for the different Human Resource Management courses units that are being taught.  Organizing student’s tutorials and group discussions and guide them for better results and confidence building.  Participating in reviewing and updating the teaching curriculums for the schools  Teaching/conducting lectures for management and HR course units (Human resource management, introduction to psychology, Compensation and Benefits Administration, Recruitment and Selection, Business Communication skills, Principles of Management, Career planning & Research Methods  Supervising students research and guide them in data analysis especially by use of Statistical Package for the Social Sciences(SPSS).  Participating in School programs other than classroom activities in accordance with the School policy.

Acquired a leadership excellent award at Maastricht School of Management. While studying at the Maastricht School of Management-Netherlands, I was given a leadership role of leading the team that was studying a course in strategic performance management and because of my excellent leadership skills, I was awarded a Trophy of leadership excellence.

An award for coordinating Management leadership program known as Learn Engage Apply and Perform ( LEAP ) under Kampala Capital City. This project culminated into the development of KCCA leadership center.
