My studies are focused on antimalarial drug resistance, a major threat to malarial control and global elimination especially in sub-saharan Africa. Plasmodium falciparum causing the deadliest parasite species, developed recently resistance to artemisinin. In Central Africa endemic countries such as Cameroon, there is a need to investigate patients’ informations during and after malarial treatment, epidemiological profile and drug-resistance genes of malaria.Affiliations
