Current professional activities type:Research- Daily program management throughout the program lifecycle. • Organizing program activities according to the MCCPCA mission and objectives. • Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of MCCPCA. • Creating and managing long term goals. • Developing and managing a budget and operating plans for the program. • Managing risks and issues and took corrective measurements. • Involved in MCCPCA program planning with monitoring and evaluation of the progress. • Extra activities – Policy Formulation (worked on the sexual reproductive health policy position paper which I further worked thoroughly on together with different stakeholders (SMILE, VoMZ, PHN) to translate it to a national SRH policy
