Isolation and screening for biosurfactant-producing bacteria and yeast from palm wine. Determination of physicochemical characteristics of the palm wine serving as sources of biosurfactant-producing bacteria and yeast. Optimization of cultural parameters to enhance the production of biosurfactant from bacterial and yeast isolates using response surface methodology. Characterization of biosurfactant-producing bacterial and yeast based on phylogenetic analysis of their 16S and 18S rRNA gene sequences.
