Current professional activities type:ResearchAs a student exchange Intern in Uppsala University, Sweden : My responsibilities as in Intern in the department of gastroenterology & hepatology comprised 1. Designing the protocol for immunohistochemistry in localizing the neuropeptide receptor and its hormone PYY in the human gut 2. Testing and analysing the antibodies against respective recptors and hormones while exploiting Dot Blotting assay. 3. Executing the protocol and broadening the spectrum of analysis with several other antibodies to depict and draw conclusions for PYY1-36 & PYY3-36 as a therapeutic target in reducing sensitivity in patients with IBS.
