• Designed and operated biological reactors. • Cultivated pure strains. • Measurements by HPLC, gas chromatography (FID, TCD), Total Organic Carbon Analyzer (TOC and IC), Total Nitrogen Analyzer (TN). • Measured oxygen transfer and characterized biological processes in microreactors. • Analyzed water and gas. • Analyzed data extensively via Mathematica, MATLAB and Excel. • Developed mathematical models for structured and unstructured biological processes. • Managed research projects, analyzed data, and wrote papers for publication.
