My PhD background is in large scale glacier modelling focused on glacier-ocean interactions. I am about to finish my PhD at the Climate LAB research group in the University of Bremen (Germany) developing a calving parametrisation for the Open Global Glacier Model written in Python. I also have master's degree in marine science from the Erasmus Mundus Program MER: Marine Environment and Resources. Now I work as PDRA at the University of Edinburgh, Scotland, carrying out ice sheet model inversion and uncertainty quantification in some parts of the Antarctic Ice Sheet.
