Research in female leader of the Unit of Science and Technology of the Provincial Delegation of the Ministry of Science and Technology of Santiago of Cuba. It investigates the processes related to the national and international pedagogical development in the matter of science, technology and technological innovation. Is evaluator of national projects. It makes investigations related to the formation of managing women of science projects and innovation and in the same way, investigates too the processes related to andragogía for the permanent formation in the post degree and the formation of professional capacities.Affiliations
