Biological Systems and Organisms
The project will investigate the biological interactions between a range of selected Annonaceae species and plant herbivores within tropical rain forest at Yasuní National Park. I will research about the defense mechanisms of Annonaceae species against herbivores. This will involve in-field observations and analyses of secondary metabolites. Finally, I will use these data within a phylogenetic framework to test hypotheses of plant herbivore interaction evolution.Current profession
Current professional activities type:ResearchActually, I work at science museum making research about STEAM. Also, I am working on a research about the niches of Butterflies at cloud forest in Ecuador.
