Current Research Activities

Physics

Study of electronic transport parameters of bulk and low dimensional devices. Recently theoretical calculation has been done on the transport parameters of bulk GaN, grown on Sapphire considering two layer model of Look et. al.2. Due to the importance of being low dimensional devices formed at the heterojuction of two different band gap materials such as AlGaAs/GaAs, InP/GalnAs some theoretical calculations are already done.
