Molecular epidemiology of infectious diseases caused by Helicobacter pylori, Salmonella Typhi and non-typhoidal salmonellosis, Enterohaemorrhagic E. coli, Campylobacter spp and Arcobacter spp transmission in Nigeria. Antimicrobial resistance, efflux pump activities and biofilm formation in bacteria.
