Current professional activities type:Higher Education StudyEvaluating the growth and yield of three yellow root cassava varieties, the quantity of carotene loss during the various stages of processing these cassavas into garri and subsequently evaluating the effect of exposure to light on the carotene content, colour changes and some quality attributes of garri derived from the yellow root cassava varieties and stored for a period of one year.
