Human activities in the production, transportation and storage of petroleum pose environmental risks. Rhizoremediation seeks light energy via plants to biostimulate pollutant degredation by indigenous soil microbial community. Microbial community in the rhizosphere microbes that cause circle oil degradation and their genetic involvement are of interest.
