I am currently working on a personal research on Antimicrobial resistance, a point prevalence survey of Tuberculosis infectious in Kisii County, Kenya.
Publications resulting from Research:
I have worked on a research title 'Metagenomic analysis of the midgut microbiota of Aedes albopictus mosquito a vector of dengue and Chikungunya fever by 16s rRNA.
The results were inconclusive but i intend to expand on the project when given an opportunity to.
Review have indicated that the microbiota are the reason for sustaining the parasite in the gut on the mosquito. And i want to prove that there is a relationship between the host interaction with the vector in transmitting the parasite.
