Current Research Activities

Chemical Sciences

My research focuses on synthesizing biomimetic spider silk mimics using peptide-polymer conjugation. I explore how modifying factors such as peptide sequences, lengths, and polymer conformations affects the properties of these materials, with potential applications in biomedical engineering, biotechnology, and environmental sustainability.

Current profession

Current professional activities type:
Higher Education Study
I am pursuing my PhD in Chemistry at Lehigh University, where my research focuses on synthesizing biomimetic silk mimics for applications in biomedical and environmental fields. In addition to my research, I serve as a teaching assistant, assisting undergraduate students in laboratory and lecture courses. I also work as a research assistant, contributing to ongoing projects within my research group, including experimental design and data analysis. My dual roles allow me to balance academic responsibilities and hands-on research experience in polymer chemistry and bioengineering.
