Current professional activities type:ResearchTeachingI am professor and researcher at the Department of Medicine and Nutrition of the University of Guanajuato. I participate as professor in the next chairs: Food safety and food health chairs, introduction to nutrition and evaluation of Nutritional status in Nutrition Academic Program. I teach the subject of hypovitaminosis in the module Endocrinology, nutrition in pregnancy in Medicine Academic Program. Clinical Epidemiology in the Master in Clinical Research. In addition to mentor some research projects of master and doctoral degree.
