Current professional activities type:Administration- Contributing technical guidance for implementation of M&E plan - Reviewing existing data source quality and collection methods and coordinate with partners to address gaps. - Developing Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) tools and processes for donor funded projects. - Worked with District Health Accountant and District Health Management team to develop Comprehensive Council Health Plan (CCHP) and District Health budget (PlanRep) - Periodically evaluate the performance of the health information technical support persons in particular targeting technical assistance to poorly performing sites so that it focuses on specific areas of need - Synthesize, analyze and disseminate best practices and lessons learned from well performing health facilities as far as health information is concerned - Conduct supportive supervision and on job training to health facilities on issues related to data - Conduct specific mentorship visits and processes as part of technical support - Liaise with implementing partners to coordinate district data review meetings on quarterly bases and maintain meetings reports
