I am currently working in University of Botswana in conjunction with the University of Pennsylvania for Botswana-UPENN Research Consortium of HPV-related Cervical Cancer in HIV Patients (U54), determining the epidemiology, pathogenesis, behavioral, clinical, and immunological risk factors, and optimal therapeutic approaches of HPV-associated cervical cancer in HIV-seropositive women in Botswana.

I am currently working in University of Botswana in conjunction with University of Pennsylvania as a Study Nurse Coordinator for Botswana-UPENN Research Consortium of HPV-related Cervical Cancer in HIV Patients (U54), overseeing Recruitment and Retention Officers and Research Nurses at Study Sites (University of Botswana Clinic, Princess Marina Referral Hospital and Gaborone Private Hospital), coordinating clinical trials. My main responsibility is to ensure that there are proper implementation and monitoring of study protocols of clinical trials and quality management plans including Quality assurance and quality control of research study data.
