Structural, Cell and Molecular Biology
Field of Training: Structural Biology Institution: Dr. Panjwani Center for Molecular Medicine and Drug Research, International Center for Chemical and Biological Sciences, University of Karachi. Studied protein-ligand interactions of therapeutically important enzymes using in silico designing of inhibitors, molecular docking, MD simulation studies and STD-NMR techniques. She has been trained on the NMR Spectroscopic evaluation of kinetic parameters of therapeutically important enzymes via progress curve analysis, and estimation of binding epitope and affinity of ligands by saturation transfer difference (STD) NMR spectroscopy.
