Chemical Sciences
Carbon dioxide (CO2) is the main of greenhouse gases which gives impact to the increase of global temperature. In this research, we used ionic liquids (ILs) as a greener solvent to capture this CO2. These ILs were further polymerized to form a polymerized ionic liquids (PILs) which is a form of solid. The CO2 sorption showed higher results as compared to monomer ILs and other solvents
