The mission of the OAD is to further the use of astronomy, in all its aspects, as a tool for development. The call for proposals is open to anyone from anywhere in the world. The OAD Call for Proposals is conducted in two stages, where only a limited number of proposals from Stage 1 will be invited to submit a Stage 2 proposal.
