Evaluation of improved and local cultivars of cassava for their genetic diversity and heterotic relationships. With the use of agrobotanical characteristics and new tools provided by molecular biology such as: RAPD(Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA); and PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) for the improvement of germoplasm to produce cassava varieties with high and stable yield.Affiliations
