Mother’s Day

To celebrate Mother’s Day, the OWSD Egypt National Chapter, together with the Textile Research Institute – National Research centre, hosted a heartfelt event on Sunday, March 23- 2025 at the Textile Research Building, 4th Floor.  

Two members from OWSD – Egypt Chapter: Prof. Dr. Rasha Samir from the Egyptian Petroleum Research Institute, Prof. Dr. Mona Samir, from the National Research Center and three others scientific unique mothers from Textite Research Institute have honored special thanking certificate.

Also, two inspiring lectures were delivered by:  Dr. Karim El-Nahhas: “Challenges of Motherhood and How to Overcome” – sharing valuable insights and strategies for supporting working mothers. Also, Dr. Aisha Hassan (Life Coach): “Mental Health and Well-being for Mothers” to  emphasize the importance of emotional care and building mental resilience.
