I Admire Prof Sahar Al-Okbi who was head of Food Sciences and Nutrition Dept., Deputy Head of Nutrition and Food Technology Division and Head of Food Analysis, Therapeutic Diets and Dietary Regimen Special Unit. She has 4 patents, 141 research papers, international book chapter, 22 projects and 20 students, She awarded 5 prizes, 5 appreciation certificates and one silver medal. Dr. Sahar known as the most active women and so helpful one in my division.
