Prof. Mervat Foda Selected as Session Chair at the 1st Joint Forum of the Food Industries and Nutrition Institute and the Pharmaceutical Research Institute

The National Research Centre celebrated the successful launch of the 1st Forum of the Food Industries and Nutrition Institute, held in collaboration with both the Oral and Dental Research Institute and the Medical Research and Clinical Studies Institute. The event focused on key scientific and developmental topics in food innovation and health.

As part of the scientific program, Prof. Mervat Foda was selected to serve as Chair of one of the forum’s main sessions, reflecting her distinguished academic profile and leadership in the field.
Prof. Foda, a Professor of Dairy Chemistry and Technology at the Food Industries and Nutrition Institute, NRC, contributed significant insights that enriched the discussions and supported the forum’s goals of fostering scientific collaboration across research institutes.
