About me
A current PhD student in final year at the University of münster Germany. I am personate about Agroculture which lead me to study genetics and go as far as learning protein stucture and functions.
The skills I have acquired so far are; DNA extraction, pomymerase chain reaction, RT-qPCR, southern blot, western blot, Northern blot, protein purification, confocal and TIRF microscopy, CRIDPR/Cas gene editing, conventional and molecular breeding using marker assisted selecture, bacteria, fungi and algae cell culture.
I have also acquired skills in white and blue belt pharma management, project management in pharma and biotec.
I am well conversant with biinformatics platforms like, phytozome, swissmodel, chimera x, phobius, primer 3 plus, NCBI etc
Have statiszical skills in data analysis using pyghon
During my studies I have acquired collaborative skills, oral and poster presentations.
