About me

Medical Doctor and Surgeon graduated from the University of San Carlos of Guatemala, with a strong academic background and a commitment to excellence in healthcare and research. Dedicated, responsible, and detail-oriented, with excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills. Passionate about evidence-based medicine, continuous learning, and contributing to the advancement of healthcare through clinical practice and scientific research.

I am a recently graduated Medical Doctor and Surgeon from the University of San Carlos of Guatemala (USAC), committed to advancing healthcare through clinical excellence, research, and lifelong learning. Throughout my medical training, I developed a strong interest in evidence-based medicine, public health, and scientific investigation, recognizing research as a powerful tool to improve patient outcomes and healthcare systems.

My academic work has focused on respiratory diseases, particularly chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), where I conducted research evaluating patients' quality of life using validated clinical assessment tools. This experience strengthened my abilities in data analysis, critical thinking, scientific writing, and the interpretation of clinical evidence.

I am passionate about contributing to innovative research projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and translating scientific knowledge into meaningful improvements in patient care. I continuously seek opportunities to expand my clinical and research skills while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and compassion.

As I begin my medical career, my goal is to pursue academic and research opportunities that allow me to contribute to the advancement of medicine on an international level.
